I love this TV and Soundbar! It is as advertised. I live in New England, and deal with all the weather, from Snow, rain and hot summers, it made our backyard an extension of our home. Great quality sound and TV expereince, for movies and for sports.

We love our 65” Sylvox TV. It has a great picture, sounds great outdoors, and you can just tell it’s built to last outdoors.

I really appreciated the customer service I received when I had an issue with my soundbar. Sylvox sent me a new one… they just want to make sure their customers are very satisfied with their products!

Purchased tv for new outdoor patio, using it as a showpiece for entertainment. Tv has great graphics and shows incredibly well in full sun!!! Very easy to use and mount was easy to install / rotate for viewing. Considering this unit was significantly cheaper than competing brands I would not hesitate to re-purchase. Note: shipping is tricky with such a big size unit but Sylvox Customer Service were very accommodating and took care of the issue.

We purchased the Sylvox 65" Pool Pro Full Sun TV and the 65" Partial Sun TV for our backyard entertainment area, and we could not be happier with them. The picture quality is absolutely amazing both during the day in bright sunlight and at night. Even in full sun, the screen stays clear and vibrant, which is exactly what we needed for our pool area.

We did unfortunately receive two TVs that were cracked during delivery, but Sylvox handled the situation incredibly well. Within a week they had a new replacement sent out, and the process was very smooth.

I especially want to mention Bella, our representative, who was absolutely amazing. She stayed in touch the entire time, kept us updated, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Her customer service made the experience stress-free.

Overall, these TVs were completely worth the money we spent for our backyard. The quality, brightness, and outdoor durability are excellent, and the customer service from Sylvox was top-notch.

Highly recommend Sylvox outdoor TVs if you're looking to upgrade your outdoor living space!

I couldn't be happier with this TV. I'm a Sylvox customer and I have not one, but two TVs on my patio and terrace by the pool and BBQ area. Not only am I very satisfied with the product quality, but the customer service is simply sensational: very professional, friendly, and above all, they always put the customer first, looking for solutions, not excuses.

Personally, I've had an excellent experience with them, especially with Sally (customer service representative), who is simply the best.

It might not be the most affordable or cheapest TV, but it certainly has the best quality and, without a doubt, the best customer service.

What we like the most:

The brightness is seriously good. Even in direct sunlight, the picture is easy to see and vibrant – far better than any indoor TV I ever tried placing outside. The claimed 2000 nits figure really shows.

The build feels more rugged than a typical indoor TV. From the shell to the finish, it gives you confidence that it’s meant for outdoor use (weather, sun, glare).

Installation was straightforward. Two people are definitely recommended, but we were able to get the cart put together and TV mounted quickly.

The sound bar delivers amazing sound and reliably reconnects via Bluetooth each time it's powered on. No need for an extra Bluetooth speaker, we just use the soundbar for music when we're not watching TV.

The design is sleek enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re sacrificing aesthetics for durability — it blends into the patio rather than sticking out awkwardly.

Final verdict:
If you’re regularly using an outdoor seating area/patio/poolside setup and you want a TV that actually works in full sun, this Sylvox Full Sun Outdoor TV is very much worth considering. It delivered brightness, clarity, and build quality that clearly outpace indoor TVs repurposed for outdoor use.

If I have one gripe it would be that the tv is a bit slow or laggy. Maybe a software update would help the lagging between apps and general performance.

I love the TV and looks beautiful in my back yard.

The TV, stand and soundbar are working very well. We set it all up yesterday and the picture is fantastic.

The only minor opportunity for improvement would be with the instruction manual for the moveable cart. The hardware information required guess work regarding the utilization of the D and E bolts.

Minor challenge and frankly kind of fun once it all worked out so well!

We are extremely happy with our purchase. The TV is perfect for outdoor use , very robust, premium looking, and built with excellent quality. It performs smoothly, and the user interface is fast, responsive, and easy to use.

We have been Sylvox Customers for many years On this review is about customer service. We have to replace our last outdoor TV because of a malfunction And fortunately, it was under warranty.

Sally, the customer service representative, was not only helpful but super understanding. We have to leave the city for a couple of weeks and she handled all the returning process, accommodating our times and our needs in a fantastic way.

Overall, A beautiful picture. I do wish it had a better black for dark images and shadows to provide more contrast and the ability to upscale older shows and videos but still very good picture as it is for watching new shows and sports.

I ordered the package deal (TV, rolling stand, soundbar, cover). Easy to install/setup, straightforward operation, great picture and great quality, as advertised. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I even love the cover that comes with it. It's good quality too and not some cheap plastic cover that deteriorates in the sun. Couldn't be happier.

I have gone through 4 out door TV's and decided to go with SYLVOX TV's.
As soon as we turned them on we could tell a difference. Awesome pictures and color, you can see the picture from 50 feet away. Awesome TV's

I love it! The motorized cabinet is unbelievable. My house (and the spot I would put a wall mounted tv) gets hit with heavy rain, so the cabinet is a savior. And makes me feel so rich!!!!! The television picture is fantastic. Football season right around the corner!

Bought TV 8 months ago and it wasn't working, so i asked for customer support and they agreed they would replace it.

Really happy with the tv overall. The build quality is great, it is a very sturdy product. The housing is all metal. All the ports and connections are in a weather tight box which is nice. I put an amazon fire stick in the weatherproof box as well and I'm using that for YouTube tv. The picture is very bright coming from indoors tv's, may even have to turn the brightness down a bit at night. The tv was simple to mount with a universal outdoor tv mount, it went up in a few minutes. I would recommend this purchase.
