I am extremely impressed with the SYVOX Service Team and the high-quality mobile products this company offers, let me explain. Last year I bought a Micro Mini Travel Trailer, this trailer had much to offer the type of dispersed camping that my wife and our German Shepard like to go on. This travel trailer much like when I was in my teens offers "High-Clearance" suspension. In the old days we used to Flip the Axle to get the clearance over 4-Wheel Drive trails, but, this particular trailer was designed from the factory for this type of camping, it is perfect for the peace and solitude we enjoy. I do this kind of camping so I don't see the hordes of other campers fighting for a spot, I can go anywhere I want and let my dog explore "unleashed", it's great. I noticed some issues with the components that came with the trailer. In particular, the TV and sound system. The systems installed were not specialized at all for "Low Draw" power consumption. The TV for example, was same model that you would buy for 110V households.
This becomes a problem for the type of camping I do, I keep blowing through the power, even with a small generator, I would keep tripping the fuse and system would shut down if I tried to use more than one or two electrical items in the trailer. So, rather than trying to replace the generator, which was new and lightweight, I decided to replace some of the components with 12-Volt/110V capable systems. I found Syvox, this company has fulfilled a "Niche" in the industry, there are many people like me that like to camp like we do. The particular product that I choice to replace the TV was the 32" Smart 12-Volt RV TV, I noticed that Syvox offered a "Bundle Offer" that married up the TV with Soundbar and hardware. I said to myself in one word, "PERFECT"! I installed the system myself, no big deal at all, the hardware was precision engineered and made the job so easy to install, best of all, the weight reduction was also a huge PLUS for me, I don't want anything heavy that may affect where I decide that I want to go. Sunny, at Syvox was also great making sure that I was happy with everything. I am so very impressed and happy to have found them, I also enjoyed dealing directly with the manufacturer, rather that retail stores to order from. Lastly, I want to share with you all, that this TV has all: The Bells & Whistles features. even more that of my TVs and Sound systems at home with the products offered. Had issues with shipping and Sylvox came through with no problem on a replacement. Did a test hook on the TV purchase and quite happy with how well the picture was and how well the TV functioned.

Here are a few things that stand out to me about this Sylvox smart RV TV.
- The plastic parts, like the stand and frame around the screen, are protected by a removable plastic film. The screen protector was also tucked slightly under the bezel but tore away easily, pulling the tucked part out successfully, so the whole TV is is protected well before its first use.
- The stand pieces have non-slip feet and are labeled right and left, which helped me get them in the right place the first time.
- Two AAA batteries are included for the remote. It's not that easy to get the remote open but also it is unlikely that the cover will ever come loose or be lost, which I appreciate.
- Setup was easy and connection with Google Home was smooth except for one part when the process varied from the instructions just a bit.
- I love it that I can set the screen saver to my Google Photos and select multiple folders. So much easier to use than Roku and it works.
