Fantastic dealing with the team!

Thank you Sylvox for making this TV. It's a great little TV, perfect for our kitchen. It has all the necessary inputs for our needs. The picture is great and it's simple to install. There aren't many if any companies making these small screen TVs for the kitchen or anywhere else you could use a small tv.

One of the very few undercabinet TV's on the market.
Pros: very high quality construction, heavy duty mounting bracket, excellent image and sound quality, full size remote, perfect Wi-Fi reception, latest streaming services/apps, great digital tuner to receive free broadcast TV channels.
Suggested improvements: undercabinet mounting bracket needs better Left-Right adjustment that would not scratch bracket and its kitchen cabinet, sometimes remote control voice commands and buttons respond with noticeable lag, remote is not water-resistant and requires extra care & cleaning in the kitchen.

Purchased Sylvox under cabinet TV, great product at a great price!

The miniTV arrived the day after Christmas; not bad for holiday shipping, just ten days. After securing the mount I added an antenna and got good over the air signals. Too soon to work out our streaming service, but all looks good.

We bought this little TV to have in our new home as we were moving in and until we decided what kind of large TV we wanted. Its served its purpose and will probably end up in the kitchen or in my art studio which is being built. Very good
quality although on one or two programs (Netflix) I noticed issues with sound fluctuations. All in all very satisfied.
but I think that had more to do with the program .

We had to return the TV as it was defective when we received it.

After contacting Sylvox they emailed us the return instructions. I sent the defective TV back within several hours after receiving their email. I received notification that a new TV was being shipped and I received it two days later. The T V was exactly what my wife wanted in the kitchen.

It is small with excellent resolution and can be easily folded up and out of the way for a clean uncluttered look in the kitchen.

I will definitely consider doing business with this company in the future!

Although you did not end up keeping this tv due to it not fitting my needed application. The sylvox team was easy to deal with. An rma was issued within 24 hours which included coverage of shipping cost and a refund was issued in a timely manner when my return was recieved and inspected.
I will not hesitate to use sylvox again in the future.

I recently purchased the Sylvox 15.6" Under Cabinet Kitchen TV. When the TV was turned on a vertical line appeared on the screen. I contacted customer service. Sunny was very responsive and had a replacement TV shipped promptly. The second TV was installed and works perfectly. My wife and I have been very pleased with Sylvox products and customer service.

Easy to install. Love the size and picture quality. As others have mentioned, sound quality could be better... somewhat thin, lacking bass. Ease of use and ability to personalize picture preferences is great

I installed my television the day I received it, and I was so pleased by the quality of the picture. Because it's a small television that I watch in my kitchen, I didn't expect much. The picture is bright, crisp and clear, and I am impressed.

This TV has a great picture and good sound. The mounting is simple but the mounting bracket only allows you to fold the TV up, it does not allow you to swivel the TV to the right or the left if needed to view it from an angle - which is almost always an issue when moving around and working in a kitched - which is where I mounted this one.

I had a 2005 model boat which did not have a smart tv I used a three prong hdmi adapter and stream from my phone. Unfortunately the cable co does not support it any more. This TV fit the space perfectly and now I can stream all derives and apps very satisfied more than I expected.

I installed this in my 1998 pleasure way rv. a little bit of customizing for the mounting block.

This smart tv is perfect for mounting under a kitchen cabinet. The family loves watching it and you do not need Roku or Apple TV.

My sister loves the TV. She said it was easy to set up and worked with all of her apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.).

Nice picture definition. Nice size for under kitchen cabinet. Does not look as nice folded up as other models.
