Im in my 70s and have purchased more than a few TVs in my lifetime. In fact, I have fourteen TVs in my home. My Sunbrite outdoor TV finally gave out and I came across an ad for the Sylvox, full sun 55" TV. We've had it now for about a month and could not be happier with it! Full sun indeed. Besides the quality, their customer service is outstanding. I ordered and received the TV and wall hanging unit in less than a week. Turns out, my installer used the existing wall bracket so I needed to return the one included in my order. Sylvox responded quickly with a return label. Then I left the country for a couple of weeks and they sent a friendly reminder. Soooo happy I found this company. Go to their website. Compare. Then choose them with my hearty recommendation!

Received Horribly Packaged TV Mount today. Package looks like it had been re taped several times. Box end was not even sealed (See Pictures).
Also there were NO INSTRUCTIONS IN BOX. Don't know if there is anything else missing from box. Very Dissatisfied for first Sylvox purchase. (Purchased 43"QLED TV and Wall Mount).

I am pleased to say that the Sylvox Service Team had promptly gotten back to me, addressed and most importantly resolved my issue in a timely matter. My 43” QLED TV is awesome ! Beautiful picture, has a very solid cabinet and appears to be very well built. Bracket is strong, has a wide range of positioning and articulates smoothly.

I ordered 2 of these full motion mounts
to mount 2 65” Outdoor TV’s
Only mounts I found that were appropriate for a 8” wood posts
The mounts are decent
I would like to have seen 2 additional 2 screws at the top where the circle attaches to the wall bracket
-there’s only 2 at the bottom to keep it from detaching
Makes it hard to keep the TV level and from tilting forward

Since these are outside
It would be great if there was a latch or strap to keep the TV flat against the wall/post
Wind is moving the TV’s around
I’ll have to come up with a strap secured to the post to keep this from happening

This is an awesome, very sturdy TV mount. We have it mounted to a stucco wall on our outdoor covered patio. The mount extends and swivels, although we don’t use that too much because we have it in a corner, but we were grateful for how easily movable it was to center the TV where we wanted it. It made the mounting process forgivable, because it did not have to be exact.

Nice solid mount with everything needed BUT the directions are absolutely terrible. I figured the other reviews were just bad at using a mount. I’ve installed over a dozen wall mounts and this was the worst instructions I’ve ever seen. Multiple videos and assumptions later, it is working great.

Just received Slyvox outdoor TV mount. Nice product but
horrible instructions! The instruction manual needs to be revamped.

The Sylvox outdoor tv mount is very well made and sturdy. 2 criticisms however. One, the installation instructions are horrible. We have put up multiple tv mounts, so thankfully we had an idea how it should go. The instructions could use an overhaul. Second, the two downward braces block access to the tv input box. So, if we wanted to add a device we have to take the tv off the mount to access the box. And yes, we bought the mount that Sylvox suggested for our tv model. Other than those two items - good mount.

The wall mount was simple to install and solid. The directions were not the best, but very simple to install like any wall mount. Very sturdy and can move TV for multiple angles. Very solid.

My husband loves this outdoor tv! I bought this tv for his anniversary gift. The technician Vincy was really helpful in assisting me with all my questions and concerns about this tv. He made the process easy and provided impeccable service. 5 stars all the way!

The bracket works well with the TV. I’m able to pull it out and almost turn it completely to the side to see more from my yard and pool. This is another home run with this company.
