30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

I. Return Eligibility

1. Applicable Sales Channels

a) This return policy applies only to orders placed through the official SylvoxTV website:
    www.sylvoxtv.com
b) For purchases made through authorized distributors, please contact the respective seller or customer service center directly.
c) Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Timeframe

a) 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
    Products must be in good condition with complete and intact packaging (see detailed requirements below).
b) Beyond 30 Days
    Only warranty service is available for defective products within the 1-year warranty period.
    Non-warranty issues will be handled at the customer’s expense.

II. Return Conditions & Process

1. Returns Within 30 Days

a) Unopened Products

  • Original packaging sealed and intact

  • All accessories included

  • Full refund, including taxes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

b) Opened but Unused Products

  • No signs of use

  • All accessories included

  • Refund amount will exclude original shipping fees and may be subject to a restocking fee

2. Exchange Service

a) If an exchange is required due to product quality issues, SylvoxTV will cover round-trip shipping costs.
b) Customers approved for Advanced Replacement must return the original device within 30 days of receiving the replacement. Failure to do so will result in:
    ① Permanent revocation of advanced replacement privileges;
    ② Temporary suspension of after-sales services;
    ③ SylvoxTV reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

III. Refund Information

1. Refund Processing

a) Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
b) Credit/debit card refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    The actual posting time depends on the issuing bank. Customers are advised to contact their bank for details.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will be refused under the following circumstances:
a) Products that have been modified, improperly installed, or intentionally damaged;
b) Damage caused by inadequate or incorrect packaging during return shipping
    (20% of the order amount will be deducted as compensation for losses);
c) Lack of valid proof of purchase or purchases made through unauthorized sales channels.

 

IV. Responsibilities & Important Notes

1. Shipping Cost Responsibility

a) Returns within 30 days: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    (except in cases of confirmed quality defects).
b) Exchanges or warranty returns: Shipping costs are covered by SylvoxTV.

2. Customer Obligations

a) Retain original packaging and shipping documents (photo documentation is recommended);
b) Ensure that all accessories, manuals, and documentation are included in the return package.

3. Final Determination

a) All returns and refunds are subject to SylvoxTV’s inspection and final approval.
