Exactly what I needed for my RV has great picture and easy to store away. Despite what the other review said about the sound I think it sounds good. I have no issues with it. Of course the sound bar will always help but messed with the settings a bit and it sounds just fine

The functionality of this TV is fantastic. Easily connected to the internet via wi-fi or through a phone hotspot. The one issue that I have found is that the remote must be pointed directly at the TV or it won't work..... Although there are alot of cheaper Smart TV's on this market of this size, I found none that would operate on the 12v RV system. When not RVing, it is an awesome TV for the back porch and in our extra bedroom. We highly recommend this TV for a RV'er.

We have a small RV so we needed a small television to fit. This TV was the perfect size for the space available. Setup is extremely easy as teh menu guides you through everything.

After numerous interactions, technicl assistance finally resolved their registration glitch on their website and I was able to register the warranty for my new television. Th TV is operating excellently to date. Dr. G.

I love having a TV I can use in my Camper in the Warm camping season, then bring in and use in the house in the Winter season. Being 12 V, I can plug it into my camper without needing 120 v outlet. I also like having the built in DVD player. Sometimes I camp in remote areas where I can't stream TV. I just pull out my DVD collection and enjoy. I also like the Audio output. I plug in a Bluetooth adapter and listen to great sound through my Campers sound system. At home, I put it on the wall in my bedroom and play sound through a Bose Bluetooth speaker. Great picture and great sound, anywhere you go.

Had some questions about the TV and called Sylvox tech support number. My call was answered right away by a real person. He stayed in touch by phone and email while answering all my questions. I has been a long time since I seen such high quality tech support. Sylvox made sure all my questions were resolved.

Sylvox is a great product, but their customer service is superior. I had an issue with my TV and they did not stop helping me until I was completely satisfied! I would recommend them to everyone. So happy I bought my TV from them.

I bought this for my small motorhome ... This 27 in. TV is just the right size. I wanted the built - in DVD player ... It has high pixels and picture is great .. the only drawback is the sound output ... I`m going to remedy this problem - by adding a bluetooth adapter through the earphone jack on the TV . And run it through my indash stereo ...

I purchased this TV because it was the right size for me at 26", and because it got some good reviews. But my review is even better than those. I'm really happy with my TV, but it's the customer service that sets Sylvox apart.

When I opened the packaging, it looked to me like 4 of the 8 screws in the bag were missing. I emailed them but later found they were already mounted in the base. But, to my surprise, they answered my email in less than a day.

But it gets even better. I wasn't able to get their remote to work with my Spectrum cable box remote. I had to use the Sylvox remote to turn it on and change the volume, but I needed the Spectrum remote to turn it off & on. Very annoying. Spectrum remotes need a 4 digit code to pair with a tv, but neither the Spectrum rep nor I could locate any codes for Sylvox. I told them about the issue and within a day my rep wrote back with the codes. All paired and working like a champ!

After all these years I've never written a review, but I couldn't not share my wonderful experience with Sylvox's quality and customer support.

Great clarity and easy to work with. The mount is a little tight to the wall which makes it difficult to plug in accessories. But the Silvox TV works great.
