I’m very pleased with my 55” SYLVOX TV. But when I ordered it, I was supposed to get a wall mount bracket with it that I did not receive.

I also ordered an extra wall mount bracket that I did receive. I do wish your customer service included a phone number to reach a person and discuss any issues

Words cannot explain how happy I am with my purchase, and if you're hesitant like I was, pull the trigger, I promise you won't regret it!

Here is my honest review of both the product and my customer service experience.

First, the TV, rolling stand, and soundbar are the perfect additions to my backyard setup. The TV has a crisp, clear picture in any lighting condition or viewing angle, the soundbar provides the perfect cinematic sound, and having everything on wheels gives me the mobility to customize my setup for any occasion.

The TV is about 50 lbs. and feels sturdy and well-made. It's not too heavy, but it's definitely not light either, so I recommend having two people set it up to avoid any accidents. For the value, it's worth every penny! I've had it for a few weeks now, and I'm enjoying every moment of it.

As for how impressive their customer service is, where do I start?

I initially had an issue with my original Sylvox TV arriving damaged, and although I was disappointed, I have to give Sylvox Customer Service a lot of credit for the way they handled the situation.

Their customer service team listened to my concerns, communicated with me throughout the process, and made everything right.

I've now received my replacement TV, and I'm extremely happy with the final outcome. The TV looks great, sounds great, and my backyard setup is finally complete!

It's easy for a company to earn praise when everything goes perfectly, but I think you learn much more about a company by seeing how they respond when something goes wrong. Great quality at a good price on time delivery

My wife and I purchased this tv with wall mount, cover and sound bar. The tv is fine but has lag with the remote. Had issues connecting the soundbar and getting it to work properly. This issue was very frustrating. Had to order a different hdmi from Best Buy. The one provided did not work. The wall mount seems cheap/flimsy. When we purchased this there were no options for wall mounts. Just one. Had to use three gun locks on it on top because I’m afraid it could break and drop my expensive tv. I worked for Best Buy for ten years and worked for geek squad doing home theater install, and was also a MECP certified auto tech. Installation was fairly easy. We had a few issues but all in all we got what we wanted. The color, brightness and size is perfect. The cover is meh, but free with purchase. Wish it was grey.

I would be happy to share my feedback regarding our recent purchase of the Sylvox 55" Deck Pro QLED 3.0 TV and the Elf S3 Bluetooth 5.3 soundbar.

Living in Boise, ID, we experience extreme temperature fluctuations, from 100+ degree summer days to below-freezing winters. After extensive research, we determined that Sylvox was the only brand capable of operating reliably in such conditions. Additionally, the IP56 rating was a deciding factor for us, as it protects the unit from our patio’s high-pressure misting system.

We are very impressed with the build quality, design, and overall performance of the hardware. While we have encountered some software issues with the Google interface—such as system crashes and the TV turning on randomly—we have found that using an external streaming box in a weather-resistant enclosure serves as an effective workaround.

The Sylvox Support Team has been excellent from the initial order through post-installation service. We are very satisfied with our outdoor entertainment setup and would highly recommend Sylvox to others.

Had the 55” Deck Pro 3.0 for 2 weeks now and am very happy with the purchase. Seems very well made; you will likely be surprised like we were with how heavy the TV is. Metal case to protect it and I hear a fan to cool it. We got the partial sun model and it is plenty bright vs an indoor TV. We were going to mount on the wall of a covered pool house patio: but opted for the rolling cart. We are very happy with that choice as it has provided flexibility to move and point toward our pool for viewing. My only complaint is that I don’t love the integrated Google TV as it is a little laggy and doesn’t have native support for Xfinity Stream. I am likely going to buy an external streaming device for a premium experience.

Excellent television for our outdoor patio and pool area. We added a rolling extension cord which allows the kids to roll the tv cart close to the pool's edge. We added Roku to it also along with a Sonos Beam soundbar which work great (although the Roku and Soundbar is not water resistant).

I would highly recommend this brand and company!

Good picture. Easy set up. It’s super heavy. Only gripe is that it’s slow every time you first turn it on. Once it wakes up, everything works great.

Just had it installed after my backyard pergola was built. Was watching the Lakers Thunder game on it last night up until halftime due to a chilly rain chased me inside for the evening. One thing though I couldn’t stream Xfinity from my iPhone/ipad/MacBook for some reason.

Great TV have been very happy with it like the fact that I don't have to move it in and outdoors during the different seasons.

I've bought two of these for my yard, one by the patio and one beside my hot tub and I love them. Easy to set up and use and they've been reliable. Sylvox has been great at helping me resolve any issues.

My Sylvox Deck Pro 2.0 tv - is easily the focal point of four season entertainment of my outdoor living. Regardless if it’s Sunday morning coffee, Saturday evening around the fire, or watching countless hours of football, this tv shows up. A powerful enough speaker to not require one and a bright image enough be seen easily from 20 feet away has been everything I’ve hoped it was.

This is my second Sylvox outdoor television I have purchased and they have been great. Well constructed for outdoor environments, easy to set up, bright picture and all for good value. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outdoor television.

We purchased a Sylvox 55” TV with wall mount. After it arrived, I realized that the portable Y-type Rolling TV cart would work much better for our backyard needs. Exchange of the wall mount for the Y was so easy. Our TV arrived with a cracked screen during the delivery process. I contacted customer service and they shipped out a new one before i even mailed the damaged one back. The customer service was seamless, polite, and truly exceptional. With the Y cart I can now view while sitting in our pergola or from within our spa, whichever we desire. We love the TV and would highly recommend it to our friends.
