These Tvs have exceeded my expectations. They definitely are what they say they are and I have had zero sun glare or over head light glare at night. I would recommend these to anyone that enjoys sitting outside watching sports or even regular tv or movies like I do.

I wanted to review a couple of things... Let me start with customer service. My TV was delivered broken (damaged in transit), and Sylvox was incredibly responsive and had a replacement shipped immediately. Extremely fast responses to my emails. A+ for customer service. Secondly, I am extremely pleased with the replacement TV. Works flawlessly, and the 1000nit screen is more than enough for my use. The TV is never in direct sun, but is completely outdoors (not under a cover or patio). In the brightest ambient light it still has enough juice to look great. Highly recommend Sylvox and love my TV!

I’ve had my TV for just over two weeks and loving it. I’m glad I went with the 65”! I did have a few issues putting together the rolling cart but customer service helped and am satisfied. Will update but think this is a great product!

Outstanding customer service. I had a hard time choosing a TV and If I should add a sound bar. The sales team assisted in making it a quick and easy decision. The TV I ordered (65" Outdoor Google TV for partial shade) works great in the space and has fantastic audio. I did buy the recommended sound bar for this model and the quality and sound exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this TV and sound bar!

At first the tv didn't live up to expectations. However, with the excellent customer service that was provided, the tv has exceeded all expectations. The tv has excellent image quality even in the bright Florida sun.

When I first purchased the TV for our backyard we got it and absolutely loved it but then a couple weeks later it was on sale for less than what we paid. I reached out to Sylvox and they didn’t hesitate to price match.

Then a few moths later I am having an issue with my remote and reach out to customer service and boom they without question are sending me a new remote!!!

Very clear even directly in the sunlight, the quality is top notch, and the customer service is very responsive. If your looking for an outdoor tv its totally worth it.

I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I don’t have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

It came with a broken screen and after contacting them they quickly sent a replacement and it’s all installed and working properly.

What an amazing addition to our patio. We are enjoying our new Outdoor Sylvox TV 65-inch Deck pro 2.0 partial sun ,soundbar + Rolling TV cart. Everything arrived in perfect condition, shipped quickly, picture and sound are great quality. Beyond happy with the purchase.

We are enjoying our new Outdoor Sylvox 65 inch TV. The delivery got our TV here undamaged, set-up was relatively easy and now we are enjoying sports from the pool deck. Looking forward to what we hope to be a reliable entertainment investment for our backyard oasis.

Picture quality is great, sound is great. My kids and family are loving it. My back yard has truly converted into the second family room!

I am on TV #3. The first 2 had problems, which in fairness Slyvox quickly resolved by replacing the poorly functioning ones. So far this one is working great. It’s a solid unit, well packaged and sealed. The soundbar I purchased with it was great too, except for the mounting brackets it came with. The brackets were flimsy and the screw holes stripped easily when mounting it. The photo is missing the sound bar which I cannot mount now because the very short screws that hold it are not enough. The sound quality is much better than just the TV speaker alone. Am trying to figure out a work around… hopefully Slyvox can assist in this.
