We purchased our 55 inch television and sound bar to complete our outdoor space. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this vendor for your outdoor television needs. The sound bar has amazing sound quality and is well worth the price. The wall mount unit is well built and probably the best I have ever owned. The Television unit is a bit on the heavier side but that should be expected for a top of the line unit rated for outdoor use. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

The tv is ok. Thought the picture would be clearer with the qled it’s ok because I don’t use it all the time. Mostly weekends when out by the pool. Not sure if the pool side tv would have been better. But it’s a little pricey for a tv for outdoors My Samsung TVs under my patio area are a lot better picture

We absolutely love the TV — the picture quality is fantastic, and the overall build feels very high quality. We did have an issue with our first TV, but the customer service experience was incredible.
I first called on a Friday evening and then followed up by email when no one was available. Their email support responded right away, and on Monday morning I even received a callback because they noticed they had missed my call. The representative was so helpful, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated on what to expect. Everything happened exactly as promised, and we had a replacement TV within a week. Truly outstanding customer service!

We purchased the Sylvox Deck Pro QLED 55 in TV. Absolutely love it. We got it installed this weekend. It looks great in our new outdoor space. The screen is super bright and colors sharp. Customer service has been great. All of the staff have been very helpful and quick to respond.

There were issues with the shipping company, twice the tv was received damaged and I was going to give up on buying but the Sylvox customer service team was very professional and very quick to send out a replacement from a different shipper who delivered the tv undamaged. The TV has been excellent since hooking it up and running it outside. Picture is amazing. I recommend Sylvox for your outdoor tv needs.

Ordered the 55" Qled, sound bar and rolling stand to cover all our needs for inside and outside. Set up was easy. Picture is beautiful, stand is study. Only thing missing is the cover I ordered. However, I highly recommend the purchase.

What do you add to a backyard that will transform it into the ultimate entertainment center, and if you have children even better. For a truly reformative experience, a television that you can watch while barbecuing or entertaining small children this thing is a godsend don’t standby and wonder should I get this? It’s a lot of money you won’t regret it for one second once you receive it install it and start watching TV in your backyard do yourselves and your whole family a favor get this it will be the best couple of grand you spend

I was impressed with the housing. Out of the box, the color was way too red, but I went in to the advanced settings and was able to customize to my liking. I contacted customer service by email and they sent me a video on how to program my CATV remote to the TV which was helpful. The sound from the TV is adequate, but pairing to a bluetooth speaker was really easy if that need arises.

We’re so happy with the TV and mount. The picture is fantastic and the mount is nice and sturdy. We mounted the tv on a brick wall and it was nice to be able to purchase the bundle. We wanted a mount that could rotate but it was difficult to find one that was rated for brick. The quality for the price is fantastic. We’re very satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend. Shipping was also quick and everything was in perfect condition

First thing we noticed is how robust the "case" around TV is The cart once we figured out how to put it together is great - instructions were worse the IKEA:) sound bar definitely makes a difference . I recommend boosting your outdooor wifi signal either with a mesh system or extender Picture is great and Google tv was fairly easy to set up 'n

I look forward to getting it installed before football starts.

Really loving our new outdoor TV by Sylvox. So great to sit outdoors, watch sports, music videos and TV programs. The picture is amazing. And the cabinet is fantastic too!

We are in love with our new tv. It is perfect and we can watch it all the way across while in the pool. Great product everything was easy to set up and start watching. I spend more time outdoors now than I the house.

We received the TV and got it hung on the wall.it replaced a 43” Skyvue. The picture , initially was of great quality. We could easily see the screen from the opposite end of the pool. The next day, we received the sound bar, mounted on wall and noticed the picture began jumping. Tried everything Sylvox recommended with no luck. Sent in video of problem and had a new replacement in 7 days. Picture quality is great, sound bar is amazing!

The Sylvox 55” Advanced QLED Google Outdoor TV is just what we wanted. And the tv cart is perfect for moving the tv around. All of the process was easy. The rolling cart arrived first giving us time to put it together to be ready for the tv which arrived next. The cover arrived last. All of the pieces are sturdy and well made. The sound and picture are great for outdoor viewing. I would highly recommend this tv, cart and cover!

Deck pro Qled 2.0

wow, Wow, WOW!!! Easily the best television in my house! I don't understand some reviews saying the color is a little off, my picture is perfect right out of the box! I love all the many pre-installed apps for streaming shows/TV to our TV where we use it on our back deck. The rolling cart is must for us, and do yourself a favor and get a matching sound-bar that goes with it, I got the new S3 Dolby ATMOS sound-bar, trust me... its worth the upgrade. I have the sound-bar bolted/bracketed to the bottom of the TV. The included TV cover doesn't completely cover the sound-bar, about 2" show below the flap, but the velcro attachment in the middle still velcros together without having to stretch super hard.

The 55" QLED for partial-sun TV I purchased is the best TV I have ever owned.

We will not be using the TV until April of 2025. We are having a pavilion built in late March. All the product arrived and is be stored until April.
