Great so far. We bought a 55” for the lanai on or vacation rental property. This is our second one from SYLVOX. Good quality and easy to set up. We leave the one in Indiana out in all weather no issues.

The cover is very nice, nicer than I thought it was going to be. It is very heavy duty, fits the TV great and even has spots to go around the mount. Very happy with the cover.

Have to admit it has exceeded my expectation!

I shopped pretty hard for an outdoor TV on a modest budget. Sylvox provided just what U needed. I went with the 55” which gets quite a bit of sun after the lunch hour and it works great. Sound with or without the sound bar is superb.

Totally satisfied with the cover n its ease in sliding over when tv is not in use. Perfectly sits back on tv mount n I just slide it back over tv , never having to fully take it off . Even has a sleeve for the remote 🙌🏽

Cover is of excellent heavy quality material with Velcro strips to seal around the TV support arms in back. I will only be using it when away from home as I do not want to reach up 8 feet to where the TV is mounted and cover each evening. The cover is a good addition to protect the outside TV.

The TV looks great on our patio. We went with the 1000-nit version because we have partial sun in our patio enclosure, and it’s plenty bright enough. Very satisfied!

Very happy with this TV cover I was very skeptical at first, but it turned out to be an awesome buy.

We had an issue with the remote that came with the tv. Contacted customer service and they after a little bit of troubleshooting determined that the remote was faulty and ordered us a new one. Great service.

Let me just start out by saying, my last name is not Vanderbilt or Rockefeller. The cost of these tv's is above my typical purchase, and truthfully almost made me move to a cheaper product. But, after many hours of online shopping, visiting big box stores, and just re-reading and watching reviews, the Sylvox product (55" Deck Pro 2.0) was ultimately chosen.

We have recently gone through a deck renovation, and this was the product for me. I also purchased the recommended sound bar and wall mounting bracket and was offered the canvas TV (FREE) cover while finalizing my purchase. To say I am beyond happy is an understatement. My wife is even impressed with it. We have already used it several times in the evening after work. I can't wait for football season!

I did have heartburn with two items. The first is that when shipped, not all items come at the same time, in fact everything was delivered EXCEPT the TV originally, which caused a great deal of concern. After two more days, I emailed customer service and not only did they call me the next day, they spoke English, and actually seemed to care for my concern. They confirmed my shipment date and all was good.

When I first started looking to buy my TV, there was a 5% discount offered if I provided my email, which I did. Fast forward to the day I received my TV, I realized that I never was credited with the discount. So I once again called customer service, and to my surprise they didn't tell me to pound sand, or that it was too late, they actually asked me for my order number and gave me my discount. What a freaking company!!

Not only do they build a fantastic product, but they stand behind it. I can't say buy this product anymore than...........BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is as advertised, and you will not be disappointed.

The picture is great and we are enjoying it under our gazebo by the pool. It was easy to set up and hope it lasts many years to come.

1) Picture quality is great.
2) The thumb screws are a nice design choice versus having to use a screwdriver to open the rear space to attach cables.
3) Unfortunately, the Sylvox mount we bought with the TV covers some of the rear thumb screws, so the only way to attach a new cable will be to loosen the mount off the TV in order to make enough space to access the thumb screws.
4) The top corner of the TV is showing a spot of orange rust already, which is concerning as the tv has only been mounted for about 2 weeks. I'm going to use some automotive black touchup paint to cover the rust before it spreads.

Overall, despite the flaws, we still like the TV.

The customer service team answered all my questions in a timely manner. Great team and company!

Packaging was good. Assembly was easy. Mounted it to a ceiling hung retractable bracket without any issue (the leveling knobs were a great idea - kudos). Picture and sound are great. We can watch it from across a 30' patio with no issues. Connected to Google, YouTube TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ easily. We've had at least two severe rainstorms that have soaked the TV with no issues.

Great tv so far. Very bright and great connection to homes WiFi.
