The picture quality even while exposed to direct sunlight is phenomenal! If you’re on the fence about purchasing; consider this your nudge to go do so!

I did good bit of research before I purchased my Sylvox TV. I communicated with their customer service to help decide which tv best suited my needs. The shipping was fast and installation was fairly easy. I installed the ceiling mount myself and was two person lift to install tv on mount. It looks great and since mount swivels can move in all directions for viewing if needed. Got a great view from my hot tub!!

We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!!

If you need an actual outdoor rated TV, this is a great value. It arrived with great packaging which was surprisingly easy to unbox. TV is very solid and has a very bright picture even for a partial sun model. NOTE: We have it in a covered screened in porch and it works great. No issues with heat/cold.

We did have a problem with the remote when it arrived, but Sylvox support was very responsive, quickly did some troubleshooting, and then immediately shipped out a replacement remote which paired and worked perfectly.

I would highly recommend it for the quality product and outstanding and responsive support which doesn't seem to be common anymore.

Amazing TV!

Finally broke down and ordered a replacement for a patio TV the previous owners left - and what an upgrade! Picture quality is great - allowing me to watch my favorite shows, especially as the cooler weather season comes to Florida.

Good picture quality, easy to set up and use, all the apps I need.

I had to use a third party video, made by a Sylvox customer in the UK, to figure out how to mount the bracket on the back of the TV. My WiFi works fine with phones running DirecTV and Peacock outside but the TV has trouble connecting. Does the cover actually fit on securely with the supplied TVa and mounting hardware?

Kiko exchanged emails continuously trying to get my previous soundbar working. Even though we weren’t able to fix, he kindly submitted for a replacement and it now works great. Kiko explained things thoroughly making it easy for me to do some test to hopefully not have to return. Thanks, Bryan

TV is good so far. Had to adjust the color a bit. Kiko has been a tremendous help in returning the ceiling mount which no longer fit our plans and with shipping out out TV cover very quicky!

Don’t know still in the box waiting for your installer!

TV would not turn on and was still under warranty. I contacted customer service and they promptly got back to me. They sent me a new TV and all is well. Thanks to Kiko for being prompt, responsive, courteous and extremely helpful throughout this process.

Easy to set up as everyone stated. It is heavy but the way it is built is expected. This is probably the best TV I have bought in the last couple years and I’ve bought 6 in the past year for a new build home. Buy it!

This is an excellent outdoor TV for the price. The brightness provides a clear and vivid picture without glare even when there is direct sunlight. The internals are well protected from the elements by the metal exterior, and the power and ethernet wires extend from the bottom through foam, so nothing can get inside, even from the bottom.

Love the TV but getting it was problematic...also, DO NOT buy the wall mount as its very cumbersome and my installer ended up getting one at home depot that worked much better

Easy to mount with the mount Sylvox offers. Really clear picture, seems rugged and well built. My only issue is there is some excessive white light in the lower left corner and the remote lags a little. Other than that, it’s awesome

This thing is a monster. It's perfect. Because it's android tv there is nothing you can't watch on this thing. A lot less expensive than the Samsung outdoor TV. Definitely a great buy. Highly recommend this tv.

Worked well, easy to setup. Watched a movie outside in the partial sun and at night and it worked great.

I recently ordered the outdoor TV from Sylvox. They were able to deliver it fast and secure. I had to reach out to customer service for some help and the team was excellent! It’s hard to find good customer service , but the team from Sylvox stepped up.

The TV itself is really great quality and easy to set up.
