I really like the tv

The tv works well with good picture quality. The only down side of the whole thing is the cover they sent me for the tv doesn’t fit over the Integrated sound bar. Not a big deal as it was free with the tv but just something to note.

I love our new outdoor TV. Installation and setup was quick and easy. This TV is perfect for our new pool and the picture quality is great!

Great tv and great service

I bought a 55-inch Garden Series for our new pool bar built right before the summer started. The TV build and look are fantastic. The brilliance is great at any time of the day, and you can watch perfectly, even from the pool. The smart TV features work perfectly, and the system is user-friendly. We used it throughout the summer and loved it (watching sports, listening to SiriusXM, Netflix, etc.). The sound is okay, but we also have additional speakers connected to it. We ordered the wrong side cover for the TV (we winterized the pool bar late in the fall), and the customer service team was attentive and quickly sent us a replacement cover. Great product and a great company. Highly recommended.

I really am happy with my 55" Sylvox outdoor tv, but a couple weeks after installation the verbal voice commands weren't registering. IAN B., their high-level technician was very patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant in going through a number of technical yet corrective methods, ultimately getting everything working perfect again.

Love the TV! Looks and sounds great. I’m using the built in google operating system, and it’s really slow. The Hulu app works half the time and constantly needs to be force closed. I’m thinking about getting a Roku or something for it, so hopefully the Roku remote will be compatible to control the TV.
