Good product and service

I bought two of these TV's to go in an outdoor environment. I was surprised at how well they were built for my outdoor setting. The set up was easy as well. Also, the shipping container was thoughtful and well designed.
I did have a problem with one of them. I contacted them and they quickly and very pleasantly sent me a replacement. The return process was also easy. This is the kind of Customer Support experience we all want to have. Great job!

Perfect TV for the patio!

This tv will be under an awning, not subject to direct sunlight, weather etc. the brightness of the screen during the day is really good and picture is crisp and colorful. The sound from the TV I’d also good for what I will use it for. I purchased the tv mount in a bundle and the mount is really good quality. Happy with my purchase and the customer service!

The Deck Pro QLED has a fantastic picture quality and the sound is nice and loud as well. The quality seems very good and I am hopeful it will perform well over time. I have it mounted on a motorized drop down mount from the ceiling under roof on my open area of my boathouse.

If you search for outdoor TV with brand names, they are very expensive. The use case is different from indoor TV, so the built quality is different. I need one, but don't use it often. This outdoor TV meets my requirements. It's inexpensive, but still has a bright screen and waterproof. The smart system makes things much easier. So far, it works very well.
