  2. If the product cannot be repaired, Sylvox will provide a replacement television, subject to return of the original unit.

(IV) Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Shipping costs, transportation damage, or damage caused during unpacking and/or removal of protective packaging materials.

  • Repairs required due to improper, incorrect, or insufficient AC power voltage.

  • Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or owned by anyone other than the original end user.

  • Products with original factory serial numbers that have been removed, defaced, altered, or tampered with in any way.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by federal or state law.

III. Refund Information

1. Refund Processing

a) Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
b) Credit/debit card refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Non-Returnable Situations
