Eligibility:
The extended warranty applies only model purchased from Sylvox official website.
Duration:
The extended warranty adds 2 years of coverage to the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty, for a total of 3 years.
Coverage:
- 1:Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including replacement of faulty parts.
- 2:Repairs or replacement under Sylvox’s official warranty, which applies to products purchased directly from our website.
- 3:Labor costs for warranty-related services.
Exclusions:
- 1:Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or impact.
- 2:Damage due to improper use or unauthorized repairs.
Activation:
The extended warranty begins immediately after the expiration of the standard 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Claim Process:
To file a warranty claim, please contact Sylvox customer support at service@sylvoxtv.com with proof of purchase and warranty details.
Transferability:
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
