43" 2000Nit Full Sun Outdoor TV (Linux) - 2022 Pool Series

This tv is truly made to withhold the elements of Mother Nature. Rain, sun, wind, etc. Great picture even when faced directly towards the sun. Would buy again! Great customer service team also!

Our Pool Series 43" Sylvox developed an audio issue after a few months.
The audio would play through an external optically connected speaker but only intermittently through the tv speakers.
Sylvox support replaced my tv under warranty.
We are very pleased with this level of customer support.

Great tv and service. The TV is awesome!! Bright and clear. I received it within a few days of ordering.

I like the feel of the waterproof enclosure and all of the sealing looks good (built like a tank). The picture is very bright (even in the Tucson sun) and at night it is too bright so I find myself picking one of the lower brightness settings. It seems to have a clear picture, as good as any of my other TVs. Only occasionally do I see noise. The Sylvox TV is WAY better than the indoor TV I was trying to use outdoors. I had no idea that there was such a thing as these extra bright outdoor TVs. I read some reviews before I went with Sylvox. I have only had it a few weeks so the jury is still out on longevity. It even came with 2 remotes, 1 standard remote that is not water resistant and another remote that is water resistant which exceeded my expectations. The TV sound is alright but plan on getting a sound bar for the best sound. Now for the negative which I anticipated since I cheaped out and did not get the android OS. The apps are limited (No MAX or Prime) but there is Youtube and Netflix and several other options. All in all well worth the money, I am absolutely satisfied with this purchase and the speed of shipping and delivery. The box it came in was robustly constructed.

I recently purchased a TV from your company (order #5605). I received two UPS tracking numbers, one for the cover (free with purchase) and one for the TV/mount. I received the cover, but when the other item was delivered, it was only the mount. I contacted customer service to try to resolve.

Kiko responded to my inquiry and gave me an additional tracking number for the TV which was sche duled to be delivered the following day (1/24/24) and it was. I checked the condition/contents, logged into several applications and verified it works, which it does. I am pleased.

Later that day, Kiko emailed me to see if I had received the TV and to verify it was not damaged. I was very surprised. I told Kiko I would have responded if I thought someone really cared (beyond being delivered via tracking info), but Kiko actually did care.

It was the best customer experience you would want for your customers. Kiko was professional, cordial and informative. Kiko answered all my questions and offered additional information that was very helpful.

You always hear complaints, you need to hear the positives as well.

I bought the 43" full sun version. It will be installed outside soon. I tested it inside and the display seems plenty bright enough, and the picture quality is on par with typical 4K TVs. This will be used as a digital display, located on the exterior of a marina office. It will bear the brunt of full sun, rain, and salt mist coming off the water. So, be on the lookout for my follow-up review in a few months! If this thing can hold up to this environment, I think we have a winner! LOL. Stay tuned...

My only gripe for now is, removing the back panel is a pain. It's 13 tiny screws. If you drop them, they are gone forever. Why didn't they use thumb-screws instead? Cost, I'm sure.

We recently installed this TV, and so far have been very happy with the quality and value of it. The sound bar adds a richer sound. We’ve had good customer service with some questions that we’ve posed to them. The TV has good picture quality even during the day but it’s really nice at night. We have it mounted under a patio. So far we are very happy and would recommend this TV system to others. We had shopped around and looked at many TVs, and then decided on the Sylvox.

We have had it for a couple weeks and so far it’s excellent. Bright light and you see it perfectly. I had a couple issues with the rolling cart but figured it out. We are using a 4 k Firestick and it’s great
