Very happy with my purchase ! QLED 65 in Full Sun Pool Series

I want to say thank you to Sylvox for such an amazing product . I build an outdoor kitchen and decided to go and purchase an outdoor tv. I have been searching for a few weeks, comparing brands and prices and Sylvox came as top brand in picture, quality and price. I decided to purchase the 2023 QLED 65 in Pool Series Full Sun. I do have an awning over my TV with some shade, but eventually this TV will be going over the pool that we soon will be building. I must say I am super impressed with the customer service of this company ! I was treated with respect, friendly emails on a few sales they had. For example, when I added the TV to my cart, I receive an email stating that there chance for me to get the sound bar for free a $ 699 value. This caught my eye, because they wanted my business and I was treated with such kindness from the customer service rep , via emails that I went throught with the purchase. The TV came within a week, tighly boxed , no holes. I received confirmation calls, text messages about the delivery all very well. My husband and I installed the TV , and once we turn it on , we were super suprised on the beauty of these colors ! The sound bar was amazing as well. The mount instructions could have been a bit more simpler, but we figure it out ,,, easy peasy ! The cables are hidden in the back so no issue at all. The remote control works well. Since I have the smart TV, all the apps pop up with no issue. My children love watching Disney movies because of the rich color . During the night the picture is still amazing ! I am looking to purchase anothr product from Sylvox,a bathroom TV for my next project .Overall, I would it give it 10 stars if I could ,because the customer service, the product itself, and the pricing although is a bit pricey it is worth it. !! This is a for sure a secured outdoor TV and it must withstand all seasons in my home town NYC. Please don't hesistate to not purchase, I am vey happy that I did and I am already recommending my family and friends who has an outdoor backyard to purchase it.
