For TVs under 55", we will deliver the item through UPS, For the TVs over 55”, we will deliver the items by truck delivery, which is more safer, but a bit slower.

If the TV you purchased is under 55", you will receive it with 3-7 days, and if the TV you purchased is over 55", you will receive it in about 7-10 days.

Sylvox repairs the TV free of charge under the condition of the normal use of the instruction manual within 12 months.
