When I installed it I was impressed with the picture quality - I hooked up an Amazon 4K firestick and it works great. I had no problem setting up my Wi-Fi network. The TV remote seems heavy duty and weather proof. The wall I mounted to on my uncovered patio is always in partial shade - so I turned down the brightness and the picture looks great. Due to the fact the speakers are protected and the sound comes from the bottom of the TV - I recommend getting a sound bar but if you don't have one right away the sound seems fine. I did use their customer service for a minor replacement part - they were fast to ship it out to me and it did not affect me hanging my TV to the wall mounts.
All in all - very good TV for the money - I recommend it!

Well built outdoor TV.

I received my Slvox tv, and it was pretty easy to set up. For some reason, it stopped working (No internet, etc.) a short time after receiving my tv. I contacted customer service, and they tried to diagnose the problem. When they found out, it was possibly a defect, they quickly shipped me another tv to replace my defected tv. My new tv is working just fine.

I think the main component missing from my tv is YouTube TV. They don't have a wide range of selections or apps to choose from, such as YouTube or Google.

Otherwise, it's a good tv and they have good customer service.

I would recommend this tv.

This tv had worked great outside so far. The sound bar did not work with it because it only has one plug to connect to the tv. I have my tv cable provider plugged into my tv. But the company allowed me to return the sound bar and immediately refunded my money. Great customer service

Built like a tank!

Why pay more for the traditional brands? They are twice as expensive, and this tv does not disappoint. It is completely sealed, tested under TX heat, bright image. It is built like a tank. It could use better sound, bit It is still a 5 star. Do yourself a favor and get this.

Good quality build and stands up to the weather.
it's been a week now and it's been 95+ outside some days and we had rain storms. so far the picture is still amazing and everything works fine. I leave it outside on a stand and we love it for watching TV outside during the day for the kids and at night for the games.
