65" Outdoor TV(Google TV) - 2024 Deck Pro 2.0

I am on TV #3. The first 2 had problems, which in fairness Slyvox quickly resolved by replacing the poorly functioning ones. So far this one is working great. It’s a solid unit, well packaged and sealed. The soundbar I purchased with it was great too, except for the mounting brackets it came with. The brackets were flimsy and the screw holes stripped easily when mounting it. The photo is missing the sound bar which I cannot mount now because the very short screws that hold it are not enough. The sound quality is much better than just the TV speaker alone. Am trying to figure out a work around… hopefully Slyvox can assist in this.

What a great company to work with. Customer service has been great throughout the process. Shipping was fast and easy. Installation was completed the day after receiving the components. The picture is great adding streaming services and set up was very easy. I highly recommend Sylvox!!!

Just installed my 65 inch deck pro 2.0 this evening and am amazed. It took longer than expected to get to Midwest, but it was well worth the wait! Sounds and picture quality is very good! Mount is strong but metal bracket between mount and tv seems a bit thin and lets the tv wobble a little bit. Overall very happy and impressed with the purchase!

We just installed a Sylvox 65” outdoor patio TV in our backyard living space. Delivery was quick, Installation was smooth and on time, and TV set-up was quick and simple . We are very excited about creating memories in our new outdoor living space and Slyvox is playing a big part of that. Thank you.

My original 65' TV came broken from shipping. Within 3 days I had a replacement TV delivered to my house. As an accommodation, Sylvox will be sending me an outdoor sound bar for my inconvenience. Good customer service.

Love the tv.. The issue was I choose to have Sylvox do the installation.. That is the issue. They use Thired party installer's … The guys who showed up were window installers and had absolutely no experience with tv installation…. I am a former contractor. I can no longer do work like this… The guys installed the bracket backwards. The tv almost fell off the wall as they used the wrong hardware. I was forced to redo the install. I recommend people get their own installer and not use the Sylvox 3 rd party people … I will add Sylvox did offer a refund with no issue on the installation.
