We currently provide free shipping to the US/CA/UK/EU. Customers from other countries need to contact us via service@sylvoxtv.com to confirm the shipping fee.
Normally, we will send the goods out within 48 hours once confirming your order, All products will be shipped out via UPS or FedEx with standard shipping, standard shipping takes an estimated 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email, for the large-size TV( 65",75"), we will deliver the item by truck, and you will get the item within 5-10 days. Due to the covid-19 outbreak, delays might affect certain shipments, your patience would be greatly appreciated! Orders placed after 2 pm CDT on Friday are processed on the following Monday.
