Met every expectation

So I just bought a new spa and knew that to really complete my dream I would a TV to go with it, outside no less. After extensive research Sylvox was hands down the number one rated outdoor system. I bought the 43” Deck Pro Partial Sun unit, with Soundbar, Caster moveable stand and cover (just an extra level of protection To say that each component is of the highest quality would be an understatement. I’m using a wireless system using a fire stick and have no problem connecting at all. The picture, sound and versatility of the stand meets everything I was looking for. A special shoutout to Ian B and Kiko from the customer service department for their response to one little problem that came up (I ordered a cover that was too small for my system, I didn’t allow for the soundbar)
To sum up, Sylvox is a quality product with a 5 start service staff ready handle any small question or problem you might have.

I mounted the tv on my tiki bar and it looks great even in the middle of the afternoon. I would recommend SYLVOX TV to anyone who wants an outdoor set!

Really great TV. Set up was completed in a timely manner. Wat better than any TV I have had outside.
TV faces west and is under a permanent canopy. Went the sun rises, the sun reflects off the fence. And you can see the fence easier than the TV picture.
I do expect many years of outside viewing!

Only complaint - We couldn’t program our Roku remote to the tv

Sound is bad. Get soundbar.

TV has a great picture. Apps are limited so I installed a Roku stick. Pairing the Roku remote with the TV requires matching with a Konka TV, which I’m assuming is the manufacturer. Instructions for full motion wall mount bracket is terrible. Good luck! Sound is awful so get the soundbar! TV picture is clear, vibrant and bright. It’s already been rained on and still works great! 4 stars is for sound and mounting instructions otherwise would be 5 stars.
